Anger Management
Our anger management program is designed to help individuals recognize, understand, and effectively manage their anger. The goals of the program include enhancing emotional regulation, improving communication skills, promoting self-awareness, and fostering empathy. Group discussions are designed to empower individuals to identify the root causes of their anger and acquire tools to respond more constructively. The ultimate aim is to enable participants to navigate conflicts and stressors in a way that minimizes destructive behaviors and promotes more positive, adaptive reactions. You will learn coping skills and communication techniques that help you resolve conflict and manage the physiological arousal that anger causes.
This program is 4-12 weeks as determined by the court and the weekly sessions are 60 minutes long.
